Two partners, one mission.
Mitch Sanchez
Co-Founder, Technology
Mitch holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue and has spent his career applying AI to high-stakes problems. As a research engineer and doctoral researcher at Purdue, he develops algorithms to detect life-threatening episodes in patients with spinal cord injuries from physiological signals. His engineering background gives him a practical instinct for where AI makes a real difference in physical operations. He co-founded Integral AI Partners with his father, Duane, to bring that applied rigor to businesses that have never had in-house AI expertise.
Duane Sanchez
Co-Founder, Strategy
Duane spent more than 40 years in Northern Nevada's commercial real estate market: brokering, developing, lending, and advising across every phase of a business cycle. His career included senior roles at CBRE, Dermody Properties, and Wells Fargo Private Bank; he founded and led Lee & Associates in Reno. He originated and closed loans approaching $1 billion across CMBS, construction, and balance-sheet structures, and holds the CCIM designation, awarded to fewer than 13,000 professionals globally. That career taught him something most technology consultants miss: the real bottlenecks inside a growing business are rarely technical. They are operational, human, and structural. He co-founded Integral AI Partners with his son, Mitch, to give operators the kind of strategic clarity that only comes from decades on the ground.

Two complementary perspectives.
Most AI consultancies send technologists to learn your business, or business consultants to learn AI. We built this firm the other way: one founder who is fluent in AI and how it transforms workflows, one founder who is fluent in how growing businesses actually operate. The combination is not two half-skills. It is the only way to do this work without guessing.
We built this firm because we saw too many businesses stuck between two bad options: expensive enterprise consultants who over-engineer everything, or generic AI trainers who teach tools without understanding the business.
